Job Summary
Traveling Home Therapy RN provides patient training and ongoing support for home dialysis modalities across US Renal Care locations; trains patients in self-care for Peritoneal Dialysis or Hemodialysis, coordinates supply orders and inventory, documents nursing services in the EMR, collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team, supports program goals, conducts home visits as needed, and may perform on-call nursing duties with flexible hours while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in multiple states
- 12 months or more nursing experience; 6 months or more home modality experience
- CPR certification
- Ability to travel throughout the U.S. and Guam
- Demonstrated English communication; computer skills; orientation completion
