Job Summary

Dialysis Registered Nurse travel floater providing Home Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis patient training and ongoing support across U.S. Renal Care locations. Responsibilities include patient education, medication administration, lab monitoring, program documentation in EMR, inventory coordination, infection control, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. Travel to home therapy sites is required with flexible hours including on-call coverage; multi-state RN licensing and CPR are required; prior home dialysis experience is preferred. The role is full-time and involves coordinating with care partners and program administrators to ensure timely care and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Current RN license in multiple states
  • 12 months or more current nursing experience
  • 6 months or more home modality experience required
  • CPR certification required prior to patient care assignment
  • Ability to meet minimum hiring standards which may include additional background clearances and orientation requirements if applicable to the program assigned to for employment
