Job Summary
Home Therapy Registered Nurse travel role providing training and ongoing support for patients choosing home dialysis, traveling to multiple Renal Care locations in the U.S.; duties include patient education, coordinating supplies and orders, inventory management, assisting with program operations, data collection for quality improvement, and on-call nursing as needed. Roles emphasize coordination with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, infection control monitoring, and preparation for home hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis modalities; requires RN license (multi-state), 12+ months nursing experience with home modality experience preferred, CPR certification, and ability to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in multiple states
- 12 months or more current nursing experience; 6 months or more home modality experience required
- CPR certification required prior to patient care assignment
- Must obtain applicable state license within state specified time frames
- Ability to travel to assignment locations throughout the U.S. and Guam
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record and clinical applications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic computer skills
