Job Summary
Traveling Home Therapy Registered Nurse providing patient training and ongoing support for home dialysis modalities at various Renal Care locations; responsibilities include patient education, inventory and supply management, coordination of home evaluations, documentation in the EMR, infection control monitoring, collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team, on-call coverage, and ensuring patient outcomes through data tracking and program goals.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in multiple states (multi-state license)
- CPR certification
- Ability to travel to assignment locations throughout the U.S. and Guam
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language (verbal and written)
- Proficiency with computers and USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
- Must complete the Home Therapy Nurse Orientation program and maintain annual demonstration of skills and competency applicable for the modality assigned
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
- Ability to distinguish primary colors
- Must have valid licensure in assigned states as required
