Job Summary
Dialysis Registered Nurse position (Home Therapy, Floater) requiring travel to various U.S. Renal Care locations to train and support patients on home dialysis modalities. Responsibilities include patient education, coordinating supplies, inventory management, equipment coordination, and collaboration with physicians and staff to improve patient outcomes. Requires current RN license in multiple states, 12+ months of nursing experience with at least 6 months in home dialysis, CPR certification, travel flexibility (U.S. and Guam), strong communication, data/documentation in EMR, and ability to complete Home Therapy Nurse Orientation. Travel-focused role with on-call considerations and potential weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in multiple states
- 12 months or more current nursing experience
- 6 months or more home modality experience
- Flexibility with schedule and willingness to travel to assignment locations throughout the U.S. and Guam
- CPR certification required prior to patient care assignment
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must successfully complete the Home Therapy Nurse Orientation program and maintain annual demonstration of skills and competency applicable for the modality assigned
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Basic computer skills; proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
- Must meet applicable state practice requirements and any background clearances/orientation for the program assigned
