Job Summary
Dialysis Registered Nurse - Home Hemodialysis/Peritoneal (Floater) travels to U.S. Renal Care locations to train and support patients choosing home dialysis. Provides nursing relief on a temporary/short-term basis; duties include patient education, ensuring timely supplies, inventory assistance, potential home equipment coordination, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Requires multistate RN license, nursing experience (including home modality), CPR, and willingness to travel; expects documentation in EMR and adherence to regulatory requirements; role may involve on-call duties and flexible staffing locations.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in multiple states
- 12 months or more nursing experience
- 6 months or more home modality experience
- CPR certification
- Willingness to travel to assignment locations throughout the U.S. and Guam
- Must successfully complete Home Therapy Nurse Orientation and maintain competency
