Job Summary
Travel Home Therapy Registered Nurse provides training and ongoing support for home dialysis modalities at Renal Care locations. Responsibilities include patient education, supply/inventory coordination, data collection and analysis for program outcomes, infection control monitoring, coordination of patient plan of care with the interdisciplinary team, documentation in the Electronic Medical Record, and on-call nursing coverage (nights/weekends) as needed. Travel to various U.S. Renal Care locations with flexible staffing locations and hours. Requires current RN license (across states), 12+ months nursing experience (including home modality), CPR certification, and ability to travel nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in multiple states
- 12 months or more current nursing experience; 6 months or more home modality experience required
- Flexibility with schedule and willingness to travel to assignment locations throughout the U.S. and Guam
- CPR certification required prior to patient care assignment
- Must obtain applicable state license within state specified time frames
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Must have basic computer skills; proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire
