Dialysis Registered Nurse, Home Hemo & Peritoneal RN - Floater

Job Summary
The Home Therapy Registered Nurse travels to Renal Care locations to provide patient training and ongoing support for home dialysis modalities. Responsibilities include education and follow-up with patients, coordinating with physicians and the care team, managing documentation in the EMR, monitoring patient outcomes, infection control, and supporting program goals. Requires active RN license in multiple states, 12+ months nursing experience (6+ months in home modality), CPR certification, ability to travel across the U.S. (including Guam), and strong communication and computer skills. May conduct home visits, perform on-call duties, and coordinate with the interprofessional team to implement patient plans of care.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in multiple states
- 12 months or more current nursing experience
- 6 months or more home modality experience
- Flexibility with schedule and willingness to travel to assignment locations throughout the U.S. and Guam
- CPR certification required prior to patient care assignment
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must successfully complete the Home Therapy Nurse Orientation program
- Demonstrated working knowledge of English (verbal and written)
- Basic computer skills; proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
- Meet state practice act requirements for applicable state
- Background clearances and orientation requirements as applicable to the program
