Job Summary
Home Therapy Registered Nurse (Traveler) travels to various U.S. Renal Care locations to provide patient training and ongoing support for home dialysis modalities; provides nursing relief on a temporary/short-term basis, trains patients and care partners in self-care for Peritoneal/Hemodialysis, coordinates with physicians and interdisciplinary team, conducts home visits, documents care in EMR, and participates in infection control and quality improvement activities.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in multiple states
- 12 months or more nursing experience; 6 months or more home modality experience
- Flexibility with schedule and travel throughout the U.S. and Guam
- CPR certification
- Demonstrated English communication skills
- Proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days
- Ability to meet state-specific practice requirements
