Job Summary
Traveling Home Therapy Registered Nurse providing patient training and ongoing support for home dialysis modalities across U.S. Renal Care locations; offers nursing relief/support for programs on a temporary or short-term basis; responsibilities include patient education, coordination of supplies, data collection for quality improvement, infection control, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in multiple states
- 12 months or more current nursing experience
- 6 months or more home modality experience required
- Flexibility with schedule and willingness to travel to assignment locations throughout the U.S. and Guam
- CPR certification required prior to patient care assignment
- Demonstrated working knowledge of English
- Must successfully complete Home Therapy Nurse Orientation program
- Must meet state practice requirements
