Job Summary
Travel Home Therapy Registered Nurse provides patient training and ongoing support for home dialysis modalities (Hemodialysis or Peritoneal) across US Renal Care locations; delivers patient education on self-care, assists with program readiness and quality initiatives, conducts home visits as needed, documents nursing services in the EMR, coordinates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and may perform on-call nursing services with flexible locations and hours.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in multiple states
- CPR certification
- 12 months or more nursing experience
- 6 months or more home modality experience
- Willingness to travel to assignment locations throughout the U.S. and Guam
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Completion of Home Therapy Nurse Orientation program
- Proficiency with clinical applications and EMR
- Ability to meet state practice act requirements
