Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment as a Registered Nurse (RN) on a cross-functional team under a Charge Nurse. Responsibilities include patient care, performing and documenting physical assessments before/after treatments, monitoring patients during dialysis, administering medications per physician orders, completing monthly reviews of medication profiles, ensuring staffing requirements are met under state regulations, adhering to company policies and state/federal laws, and participating in staff meetings and continuing education. Skills and requirements include current nursing license in the applicable state, color vision confirmation, and 1+ years of nursing experience with dialysis experience preferred.
