Job Summary
Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment to patients while completing physical assessments before and after sessions and monitoring them during care. Document all procedures and administer medications per physician orders, ensuring monthly reviews of patient medication profiles. Assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) as part of a cross-functional team, meeting center staffing requirements under the direction of the Administrator and Charge Nurse. Adhere to all company policies, state, and federal regulations, and participate in required staff meetings and continuing education. Maintain color discrimination and hold a current nursing license in the applicable state.
