Dialysis Registered Nurse - Floater

Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment to patients by completing and documenting physical assessments before and after treatments, monitoring patients during procedures, and administering medications per physician orders. Assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians while ensuring center staffing ratios are met under Administrator direction. Adhere to all company policies, state, and federal regulations by participating in required staff meetings and continuing education offerings. Work under the supervision of a Charge Nurse as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care planning for patients living with kidney disease.
