Dialysis Registered Nurse Floater - RN Chronic In-center

Conduct safe, high-quality dialysis treatments by completing and documenting physical assessments before and after procedures while monitoring patients during care. Assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure all required patient assessment and care planning activities are met under the direction of the Charge Nurse. Administer medications according to physician orders, complete monthly reviews of patient medication profiles, and adhere to all company policies, state, and federal regulations. Maintain center staffing requirements at all times and participate in required staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
