Job Summary
Join DaVita as a Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN), where you'll provide care for patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. This role involves supervising and performing direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, dialysis initiation and termination, and documentation. You will also develop and implement patient care plans and communicate effectively with the healthcare team. Required qualifications include an Associates Degree in Nursing and at least one year of clinical nursing experience. Preferred qualifications include experience in ICU, CCU, ER, Med Surg, and certifications in nephrology or dialysis nursing.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing
- At least 1 year of clinical experience working as a nurse
Desired Qualifications
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience
- Critical Care Unit (CCU) experience
- Emergency Room (ER) experience
- Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN)
- Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
