Job Summary
Provide dialysis treatment and participate in an interdisciplinary team to care for patients with kidney disease. Perform patient assessments before and after treatments, monitor patients during dialysis, document care, review patient medication profiles monthly, and administer medications per physician orders. Ensure center staffing requirements are met per state regulations under supervision of a Charge Nurse, adhere to company policies and applicable laws, and participate in required staff meetings and continuing education. Must hold a current state nursing license; color-vision confirmation is required; one or more years of nursing experience is preferred, with dialysis nursing experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current nursing license in the applicable state.
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
- One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
- Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.
