Job Summary
Oversee nursing services each shift as a supervisor, providing daily supervision of staff during operational hours. Assist with clinical and operational processes to improve patient health, administer medications, and respond to all clinic emergencies. Collaborate with the Medical Director and physicians during patient rounds while participating in interdisciplinary care planning and anemia management protocols. Act as a resource person to evaluate dialysis services, update policies, and assist in interviewing, hiring, and evaluating center staff. This role requires a current RN license with 12 months of experience, including 3 months in maintenance dialysis, and CPR certification within 90 days of hire. Full-time employees receive medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state. License must be maintained as current and in good standing.
- 12 months experience in providing nursing care, including 3 months of experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis.
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Must have basic computer skills; proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state.
