Job Summary

Oversee nursing services each shift as a nursing supervisor, providing daily supervision of staff during operational hours and responding to all clinic emergencies. Assist with clinical and operational processes to improve patient health, administer medications as ordered, and support physician rounds while implementing anemia management protocols. Document monthly patient medication profiles, collaborate with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary team on care planning, and act as a preceptor for new staff. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws while maintaining effective use of supplies and staff labor hours.

Required Qualifications

  • Current RN license in applicable state. License must be maintained as current and in good standing.
  • 12 months experience in providing nursing care, including 3 months of experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis.
  • CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
  • Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Must have basic computer skills; proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.
  • Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state.
