Dialysis Registered Nurse - Charge

Oversee nursing services each shift as a nursing supervisor, providing daily supervision of staff during operational hours. Assist with clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments while demonstrating effective use of supplies and staff labor hours. Complete and document monthly review of patient medication profiles, administer medications as ordered, and assist physicians during rounds and transcribe orders. Respond to all emergencies in clinic, communicate assessment results to the physician and team, and maintain collaborative relationships with the Medical Director. Participate in interdisciplinary care planning, assist in orienting new staff, and act as a resource person for implementing and evaluating dialysis services.
