Job Summary
Oversee nursing services each shift as a supervisor, providing daily staff supervision during operational hours. Assist with clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations. Demonstrate effective use of supplies and staff labor hours while completing monthly reviews of patient medication profiles. Administer medications as ordered, assist physicians during rounds, and implement anemia management protocols. Respond to all clinic emergencies and maintain collaborative relationships with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary team. Participate in new staff orientation as a preceptor and act as a resource for evaluating dialysis services.
