Dialysis Registered Nurse - Charge

Oversee nursing services each shift and function as a nursing supervisor by providing daily supervision of staff on duty. Assist with clinical and operational processes to improve patient health, minimize hospitalizations, and optimize supplies and staff labor hours. Complete monthly reviews of patient medication profiles, administer medications as ordered, and assist physicians during rounds to implement orders and anemia management protocols. Respond to all clinic emergencies, communicate assessment results to the team and medical staff, and participate in interdisciplinary care planning. Orient new staff as a preceptor, act as a resource person for service evaluation, and assist in hiring and disciplinary actions. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
