Job Summary
Oversee nursing services each shift as a supervisor, providing daily supervision of staff during operational hours. Assist with clinical and operational processes to improve patient health, minimize hospitalizations, and optimize supply and labor usage. Administer medications, assist physicians during rounds, and implement anemia management protocols while complying with all federal, state, and local regulations. Respond to all emergencies in the clinic, communicate patient assessments to the medical team, and participate in interdisciplinary care planning. Assist in staff orientation, hiring, and disciplinary actions, and act as a resource for evaluating and updating dialysis service policies.
