Job Summary
Oversee nursing services each shift and supervise staff during operational hours while assisting with clinical processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations. Administer medications as ordered, assist physicians during rounds, and implement anemia management protocols. Respond to all clinic emergencies, communicate assessment results to the team, and act as a preceptor for new staff. Maintain collaborative relationships with the Medical Director, participate in interdisciplinary care planning, and assist the Administrator with hiring and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies. Requires current RN license, 12 months nursing experience including 3 months in dialysis, CPR certification, and proficiency in USRC clinical applications. Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state. License must be maintained as current and in good standing.
- 12 months experience in providing nursing care, including 3 months of experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis.
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Must have basic computer skills; proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state.
