Oversees day-to-day operations of the Home Therapies program at a single site, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality patient care for ESRD patients, with responsibility for program profitability, staff training, equipment readiness, regulatory adherence, and data management; leads and supports staff to deliver home dialysis therapies, supports patient and caregiver readiness and training, and drives continuous quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.)
- Current appropriate state licensure
- CPR Certification
