Dialysis Program Manager Registered Nurse - RN

Job Summary
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the single-site Home Therapies dialysis program, coordinating with Business Unit management, in-center staff, and support functions to deliver safe, quality patient care. Provides direction and scheduling for home dialysis therapies, manages program budget and key performance indicators, directs patient-care from admission through discharge, and ensures staff competency in home dialysis equipment. Leads training of patients and caregivers, ensures regulatory compliance, manages supply and equipment, and drives QA, patient retention, and data-entry activities. Requires RN licensure, CPR certification, and dialysis experience; strong leadership and ability to supervise non-exempt staff are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.)
- Current appropriate state licensure
- Successfully complete CPR Certification
- Minimum of one year dialysis experience with three months peritoneal experience required
- one year medical-surgical nursing or ICU experience preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills including communication, customer service, performance management and continuous quality improvement
