Job Summary
Manages the operations of Home Therapies dialysis programs, directing patient-care activities from admission to discharge and overseeing staffing, budgeting, and program growth. Leads interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, cost-effective home dialysis services, drives continuous quality improvement, maintains regulatory compliance, and collaborates with operations, market development, and education teams to expand Home Therapies programs. Requires RN licensure and nursing education; oversees training for patients and caregivers on safe home dialysis operations and equipment troubleshooting; manages patient experience, staff development, and achievement of KPIs; travel up to 25% within the region; strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.)
- Current appropriate state licensure
- Minimum of one year nursing experience plus a minimum of six months dialysis nursing experience
- 3+ years’ supervisory or project/program management experience preferred
- CPR Certification with maintenance as required
