Dialysis Program Manager Registered Nurse - RN

Job Summary
Oversees operations of home therapies dialysis programs and directs an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care. Responsible for growth, patient retention, program costs, staffing, scheduling, and P&L performance; collaborates with business-unit leadership to align regional goals and drive program expansion. Manages patient care from admission through discharge for home dialysis patients, oversees staff competency, trains patients and caregivers on home dialysis equipment and procedures, and drives Continuous Quality Improvement, regulatory compliance, data entry and reporting. Requires RN licensure, nursing background, and several years of supervisory/management experience; travel up to 25% to support multiple facilities. Strong leadership, communication, customer service, problem-solving, and relationship development skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN) with current state licensure
- Minimum of one year nursing experience plus a minimum of six months dialysis nursing experience
- 3+ years’ supervisory or project/program management experience preferred
- CPR Certification with maintenance as required
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Experience in budgeting, staffing, and program management
- Knowledge of home therapies and dialysis equipment; ability to train patients and caregivers
