Conduct dialysis treatments by obtaining vital signs, setting up blood systems, inserting needles, and monitoring patients to document changes and inform the charge nurse. Guide new patients through a 120-day education plan, calculate weight loss to reach dry weight, and determine care priorities while maintaining infection control and risk management protocols.
