Dialysis Patient Care Technician-PCT

Conduct dialysis treatments by obtaining vital signs, setting up blood systems, inserting and removing needles, and monitoring patients while documenting changes. Guide new patients through a 120-day education plan, calculate weight loss to reach dry weight, and maintain inventory and laboratory records. Actively participate in infection control, risk management, and patient education activities while organizing workload and observing patient privacy under RN supervision. Perform these duties on a per-diem basis with a pay range of $20-$28 per hour.
