Dialysis Patient Care Technician-PCT

Conduct dialysis treatments by obtaining vital signs, recording machine readings, and monitoring patients while performing laboratory work. Insert and remove patient access needles, set up and break down blood systems, and calculate weight loss to reach dry weight. Guide new patients through a 120-day education plan and actively participate in infection control, risk management, and patient education activities. Determine care priorities, organize workload, and maintain inventory under RN supervision. Full-time four 10-hour shifts with Sundays off; pay ranges $16-$24 hourly.
