Job Summary
Conduct dialysis treatments by setting up and breaking down blood systems, inserting and removing access needles, and monitoring patients while documenting vital signs and machine readings. Guide new patients through a 120-day education plan and actively participate in infection control, risk management, and patient education activities. Determine care priorities, organize workloads, calculate weight loss to reach dry weight, and perform laboratory work under RN supervision. Maintain professional relationships while tracking inventory and observing patient privacy rights.
