Job Summary
Conduct dialysis treatments by setting up and breaking down blood systems, inserting and removing access needles, and monitoring patients while documenting vital signs and machine readings. Calculate patient weight loss to reach dry weight, determine care priorities, and organize workload under RN supervision. Actively participate in infection control, risk management, and patient education activities, including guiding new patients through a 120-day plan. Maintain professional relationships, observe privacy rights, track inventory, and perform laboratory work. Work three 10-hour shifts starting at 5am with Sundays off.
