Job Summary
Conduct dialysis treatments by obtaining vital signs, monitoring patients, and managing blood systems while maintaining infection control and risk management protocols. Insert and remove patient access needles, calculate weight loss to reach dry weight, and perform laboratory work. Guide new patients through a 120-day education plan, determine care priorities, and document changes to inform the charge nurse. Maintain professional relationships, track inventory, and observe patient privacy rights under RN supervision. Full-time four 10-hour shifts starting at 4:30am with Sundays off; pay starts at $18.50/hour.
