Dialysis Patient Care Technician-PCT

Conduct dialysis treatments by setting up and breaking down blood systems, inserting and removing access needles, and monitoring patients while documenting changes. Obtain and record vital signs and machine readings, calculate weight loss to reach dry weight, and perform laboratory work. Guide new patients through a 120-day education plan and actively participate in infection control, risk management, and patient education activities. Organize workloads based on care priorities under RN supervision while maintaining patient privacy and tracking inventory. Full-time role with three 13.5-hour shifts starting at 4:30am, Sundays off, and pay ranging from $20.00 to $25.09 per hour.
