Job Summary
Dialysis Technician provides hands-on hemodialysis therapy under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including initiating/discontinuing dialysis treatments, monitoring vitals, operating dialysis machines, administering heparin per state law, documenting treatment details, and delivering compassionate patient care in a team environment at Concerto Renal Services within sub-acute facilities; must meet physical demands and possess dialysis certification and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR Certification or completion upon starting in unit
- Dialysis certification
- Minimum of two (2) years of dialysis technician experience
- Able to meet the physical demands of the position
- Color Blindness test (Ishihara)
