Job Summary
Provide direct hemodialysis care, perform assessments, administer medications, and educate patients on renal health and self-care. Supervise dialysis technicians, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with clinical standards and state/federal regulations. Monitor patient response to treatment, adjust care plans as needed, and maintain accurate electronic medical records. Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate care and report critical lab results. This role requires a current RN license with at least three months of dialysis experience and successful completion of the Ishihara Color Blindness Test. Work three days per week with a nurse-to-patient ratio, earning $38–$50 hourly. Concerto Renal Services is reimagining dialysis care in sub-acute and long-term care settings.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Current State appropriate or Compact RN License
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in any practice area
- Minimum of three (3) months of Dialysis experience required
- BLS Provider certification
- Successful completion of the Ishihara Color Blindness Test
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong focus and attention to detail
