Dialysis Nurse (RN) - Training

Dialysis Nurse (RN) at the Forsyth Clinic in Forsyth, GA. Provides dialysis treatment, completes physical assessments before and after treatments, and monitors patients during treatment. Administers medications per physician orders and reviews patient medication profiles monthly. Supervises and collaborates with Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) and works under the supervision of a Charge Nurse while adhering to company policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations. One or more years of current nursing experience and prior dialysis nursing experience preferred.
