Job Summary
Experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) sought to deliver primary care in the South Tulsa, OK area at facilities on a full-time basis. Responsibilities include performing physical examinations, updating medical histories, developing care plans, communicating with staff and clinical operations, managing a panel of patients, forming impressions/diagnoses/treatment plans, counseling patients and families, ordering diagnostics, and prescribing medications and interventions. Requires independence, strong clinical skills, geriatric experience preferred, and Oklahoma NP/PA certification.
