Job Summary
Assess patient health through physical examinations, medical history updates, and comprehensive care planning for chronic disease patients in Oklahoma City. Develop diagnoses and treatment plans while ordering medically necessary diagnostic tests and prescribing appropriate medications and interventions. Foster trust through direct communication with patients, families, and caregivers during visits, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care under physician supervision. Work a flexible full-time schedule from 5am to early afternoon with autonomy to provide trusted clinical support.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Oklahoma
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose
- Positive demeanor and strong people skills
- Ability to confidently problem solve and operate independently
- 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients
- Full-time basis employment
- Oklahoma City, OK area location
