Job Summary
Provide direct hemodialysis care, perform assessments, administer medications, and educate patients on renal health and self-care. Supervise dialysis technicians by delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards and state/federal regulations. Monitor patient responses to dialysis, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate electronic medical records while collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team. This three-day work week role requires a current RN license with at least three months of dialysis experience and successful completion of the Ishihara Color Blindness Test. Concerto Renal Services is reimagining dialysis care through a centralized, continuous model in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Current State appropriate or Compact RN License
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in any practice area
- Minimum of three (3) months of Dialysis experience required
- BLS Provider certification
- Successful completion of the Ishihara Color Blindness Test
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong focus and attention to detail
