Dialysis Nurse Manager

Schedule patients and staff while providing direct patient care as needed. Ensure all hemodialysis treatments follow DCI policies and develop standards of care aligned with ESRD Network and QAPI programs. Plan training for patient care staff and coordinate risk management implementation with the quality manager. Collaborate on patient initiatives with the medical director, social worker, and dietitian, and manage supervision of nursing, social work, and technical staff. Fulfill supervisory duties per DCI policies and work with the area operations director to identify operational efficiencies.
