Dialysis Nurse Manager

Schedule patients and staff while providing direct patient care when needed. Ensure all hemodialysis treatments follow facility policies and develop standards of care aligned with regulatory agencies and the QAPI program. Plan training and assessments for patient care staff, coordinate risk management implementation, and collaborate on initiatives with the medical director and clinic operations director. Supervise nursing, social work, dietitian, and technical staff in accordance with DCI policies and applicable laws. Work closely with the area operations director to identify operational efficiencies.
