Job Summary
Provide direct hemodialysis care, perform assessments, administer medications, and educate patients on renal health and self-care. Supervise dialysis technicians, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with clinical standards while monitoring patient response to adjust treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians to coordinate care, report critical lab results, and maintain accurate electronic medical records. This role involves prolonged standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, and requires a current RN license with at least three months of dialysis experience. Work three days per week at Concerto Renal Services, an industry leader in sub-acute hemodialysis within skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Current State appropriate or Compact RN License
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in any practice area
- Minimum of three (3) months of Dialysis experience
- BLS Provider certification
- Successful completion of the Ishihara Color Blindness Test
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong focus and attention to detail
