Job Summary
Dialysis Nurse to supervise and provide direct hemodialysis care in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. Responsibilities include direct dialysis care, patient assessments, medication administration, patient education on renal health, supervising dialysis technicians, delegating tasks, monitoring treatment response, adjusting plans as needed, documenting interventions in EMR, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulations, coordinating with physicians and the healthcare team, and maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory protocols. Requires RN license, BLS, dialysis experience (3 months) and at least 1 year of nursing experience; 3-day work week with compensation $38-$50 hourly (annualized to $79,040-$104,000).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Current State appropriate or Compact RN License
- BLS Provider certification
