Dialysis Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN Part Time

Job Summary
Provide nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis within the scope of nursing practice; perform dialysis treatments and support home dialysis training for patients/caregivers; collaborate with Medical Director, nephrologists, and care teams to coordinate patient care; ensure compliance with CMS/ESRD, JCAHO, OSHA, and other regulatory standards; document in patient records per policy; educate patients and families on dialysis processes and self-care; maintain equipment knowledge and water room operations; require RN license and upon-hire activation; participate in day/evening/weekend/holiday shifts; work in a multidisciplinary team to move health forward for patients and communities.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Board of Nursing
- An active license in the state of practice
