Dialysis Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN

Provide nursing care throughout patient assessment, initiation, and discontinuation of hemodialysis treatment, monitoring patients during and after sessions and obtaining necessary lab work. Assess and monitor patient access with intervention as appropriate, administer and educate patients regarding medications within scope of practice, and follow clinic infection control and risk management policies. Communicate effectively to keep the charge nurse aware of patient condition changes and attend required training and staff meetings to maintain skills. Work under direct RN supervision in a full-time role with three 12.5-hour shifts starting at 4:30 am, with Sundays off.
