DIALYSIS FACILITY ADMINSTATOR

Direct facility operations by reviewing daily census, staffing coverage, and overnight notes before touching base with charge staff and providers. Ensure compliance with CMS, state regulations, and JCAHO standards while overseeing staff scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance management. Manage budgets, supplies, and resource allocation through collaboration with physicians and internal stakeholders. Utilize dialysis-specific EMR systems and Microsoft Office to advance continuous quality improvement, confirming documentation is audit-ready and addressing patient inquiries promptly. Conclude the day by confirming next-day readiness and escalating emergent concerns via the on-call process. Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional weekend on-call coverage.
