Job Summary
Manage the daily operation of the dialysis clinic by developing growth processes, coordinating patient scheduling, and achieving financial targets. Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health, minimize hospitalizations, and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. Lead Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement meetings, review incident reports, and maintain thorough patient documentation. Recruit, train, and supervise all personnel while overseeing equipment maintenance, inventory levels, and staff development. Monitor contractual agreements and foster relationships with medical directors, hospitals, and community agencies.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN
- 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
- Must be full-time employee of the Company
- Available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year previous dialysis management experience
