Job Summary
Manage the overall daily operation of the dialysis clinic, including patient scheduling, staffing coordination, and financial target achievement for budget and labor costs. Develop and implement processes for program growth while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws through corrective action plans and monthly quality improvement meetings. Lead staff development, recruitment, and performance evaluations, and maintain accurate documentation for patient treatments and regulatory reporting. Oversee equipment maintenance, supply inventory, and contractual agreements while fostering relationships with physicians, hospitals, and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
- Must be full-time employee of the Company
- Available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year previous dialysis management experience
